I came for an appointment with the doctor, but after the examination I was told that the room would be quartzed and that we needed to wait 15–20 minutes. We agreed to wait, but in the end the next patient was seen without any quartzing, and we were simply ignored.

I really disliked the attitude towards the patient: we were made to wait under the pretext of quartzing, but then another person was seen without this procedure, and we were effectively ignored. I had to go to another doctor, even though the appointment was paid for.
