I came to an appointment with the proctologist Tobagabulov Serik as part of a promotion with a 30% discount; the appointment cost 3,000 tenge. The doctor received me very politely and attentively, examined me quickly and immediately suspected paraproctitis, although I thought I had haemorrhoids. To clarify the diagnosis, he referred me for an ultrasound, but it was not working at that moment. Then the doctor suggested doing a puncture, which was included in the cost of the appointment, to check whether there was pus. Pus was confirmed. He explained everything to me in detail and offered to perform an incision on the spot for 60,000 tenge. But taking into account my financial situation, he advised me to go to a hospital under medical insurance. I called an ambulance, I was hospitalised, and the incision was already done in the inpatient department. I am currently undergoing treatment under supervision.

I did not like the appointment at all. I had to wait more than an hour. The doctor, in my opinion, is incompetent, he never made a diagnosis. He said that an ultrasound was needed — we went and had it done. But when the doctor himself asked me to invite him from the ultrasound room for a joint examination, he refused. We were at his appointment for only 5 minutes out of an hour of waiting.

I had to wait more than an hour for the appointment. The doctor is incompetent, he did not make a diagnosis. To the request to come and look at the ultrasound together with me he refused, told me to go out and not interfere, because another patient who had already been waiting for an hour was due to come in to him. He said that we had come to a paid clinic, not a state one. He spoke to me in a raised tone, drove me out of the office, saying that he would not go anywhere, and that I should come only myself with the ultrasound results. My leg hurt as it hurt, the swelling and pain are terrible.
