I went to the appointment because I trusted the reviews on the internet and the doctor's credentials.
Disliked
In the end, I was never prescribed proper treatment, and I paid 17,000 tenge for the appointment. Nothing helped, the illness was neglected. This is a deception.

We booked an appointment with the doctor for 19:50, but we only went in at 20:10 because there was a queue, and we were not seen on time.
Disliked
To be honest, we did not really like either the clinic itself or the doctor. We came with tests for viruses, and we were prescribed a gluten-free diet. I myself work with children and I know that this diet is not prescribed just like that: first you need to take tests for lactose intolerance, and only if it is present, then such a diet is prescribed. And about our viruses, the doctor basically did not say or explain anything properly. Maybe the doctor is good, but we did not like it. This is my opinion.
