I had been coming to this clinic with my little daughter before. Today my son had a headache, and I brought him in thinking it might be sinusitis. The doctor first examined him himself, then sent him for an X-ray. After that he said there was no sinusitis, it was a cold, and offered to do the Proetz procedure.

When I came to pay at the cash desk, it came to a total of 20 thousand. What made me angry was that it was not said in advance which procedure was paid and how much it cost. The Proetz procedure is 6000 tg. The girl at the cash desk said, this is a paid clinic after all. So am I supposed to just pay whatever sum they come up with?
