Patient story
I made an appointment a day in advance with Tukpanova Tursun, I travelled 1.5 hours to this centre. The doctor simply left, the administrator called her, and she replied that we should wait.
Disliked
I should have read the reviews first and not wasted 1.5 hours travelling to this centre. The doctor left, and the administrator calls her, and she says to wait. But I'm a person too: I specifically chose a time from those offered, wasted time on the journey, although I could have gone to a more competent doctor, saved time and health. No words!

The doctor is competent and knows her stuff. Proctology problems were ruled out for me and the necessary recommendations were given. The clinic is clean, the staff are pleasant.

I spent the whole day looking for a doctor and didn't know who I would get an appointment with, because the problem is delicate. I made an appointment with Tukpanova Tursyn Batyrzhanovna.

I was left very satisfied in every sense: everything was explained to me, I was reassured and the procedure was carried out. I highly recommend this specialist.

The appointment took place, I started to voice my questions, the doctor first listened to me, then made a prescription.
Disliked
I didn't really like the appointment: the recommendation wasn't properly explained, everything was told rather superficially. I asked again about some points, but the doctor wasn't engaged and wrote a prescription just to get rid of me.
