I booked through the app for 17:50, I arrived, and the doctor wasn't there. The appointment was scheduled for 19:30. When I arrived, I was told to wait 40 minutes until the doctor returned.

The appointment with the gynaecologist took place, I had an ultrasound, and it helped to clarify the diagnosis and the picture. I warned the doctor in advance that I know my body and that a mild medication was needed, and that diclofenac was unnecessary expense and wasted time, especially since the pain was severe. The doctor did not listen to me, apparently took the prescriptions from the internet and said we would see, and if it does not help, I should come again. Now I am being treated according to the prescription that a gynaecologist I know made preliminarily during an online consultation, though she is in another city.

The doctor is incompetent: I spent a lot of money, and I was as ill as before. She did not listen to what I said about my body, about the mild medication and diclofenac — I only wasted money and lost time, especially since the pain was severe. She seems to have written the prescriptions from the internet and said: we'll see, if it doesn't help — you'll come again. I don't have a money printing machine to say hello to her for 10,000 per appointment every time, that way you could go for a year. I am dissatisfied with the visit! This is the first time something like this has happened in your clinic!
