The appointment went well. The doctor listened to me, felt my daughter's abdomen, asked a few brief questions and referred us for tests and an oesophagogastroduodenoscopy. The oesophagogastroduodenoscopy confirmed the preliminary diagnosis — reflux disease, and, fortunately, a small ulcer was found before the child started having pain. At the second appointment, the doctor even more quickly prescribed treatment for 1.5 months based on the tests and diagnostics. A repeat oesophagogastroduodenoscopy showed that the ulcer and the mucosa had completely healed, and as for the reflux, it was already clear that lifestyle changes were needed. In the end, the problem was solved in effect within two appointments.
As parents, we are satisfied, everything is clear. The doctor did nothing unnecessary.

I noticed that other doctors recommend her, but I never saw any professionalism — I have heard that doctors simply support each other with recommendations. It is not worth paying to see her; her "professionalism" does not justify that money. Maybe the person is simply burnt out.

I came for an appointment, but already at the entrance everything started off not in the best way. The doctor is a Doctor of Sciences, the appointment is not cheap, I had high hopes because our problem is far from trivial, I have been to many other specialists and tried various treatments.
The entrance was dirty, there was no mat to wipe your feet, no cloakroom to leave outer clothing. There was no one at reception to answer questions. I found the girls drinking tea, they told me to wait and slammed the door in my face. The doctor turned out to be inattentive: she prescribed the same thing as everyone else, although I had hoped for more. Everything I heard from her I had already heard from ordinary paediatricians. After the prescribed treatment the child got worse. In general, I am disappointed.
