I called a doctor to my home. My infant has a runny nose against the background of teething.
Disliked
I am very unhappy. How can a baby be prescribed Ophthalmo-Septonex and Albucid drops — I just cannot get my head around it. I paid 8,000 tenge and I do not understand what for. How can anyone work like that — just anyhow, I have no idea. Apparently, everything depends on a person's conscience and sense of responsibility.

We came for an appointment with Banu Turmaganbetova under insurance, iron deficiency was suspected: during pregnancy I did not fully treat anaemia, and the physician advised checking the child. I myself understand blood tests, and from the complete blood count and ferritin I saw iron deficiency in my son — ferritin 18, while it should be at least 30, the erythrocyte indices on the CBC MCV and MCH are reduced.
Disliked
Banu Zhanayevna, like many doctors, looks only at haemoglobin, but it falls already with anaemia. To my arguments that the tests are not normal, she waved her hand and said "well, go to a haematologist". We went to a haematologist, already for a fee, and he confirmed iron deficiency and prescribed treatment. I categorically do not recommend Banu Turmaganbetova as a doctor, because she absolutely does not know how to interpret blood tests. Perhaps she has missed more than one child with iron deficiency this way. Alas, there are quite a few such children in our country!
