I came for my appointment at 16:40, paid for everything in full straight away, but the doctor was not there, and on top of that there was a walk-in queue, in which mothers with small children were standing. At 16:48 I reported this to the medical centre, and they told me they would write. When the doctor finally arrived, a family with a toddler went in ahead of me without queuing, even though I had an appointment for 16:40. In total I waited more than 20 minutes. I showed my test results, and the doctor said these were pathological things, but there was no harm to my health.

In the end I waited more than 20 minutes.
