The doctor gave many useful recommendations and explained everything in detail. She recommended a special orthopaedic shop and gave a discount coupon. She also gave recommendations on vitamins and on the need for physiotherapy in the future. She explained how important it is to do exercises to strengthen the muscles of the arch of the foot, and showed me these exercises. I am currently in the process of recovery and following the doctor's recommendations.
