I came for an appointment, but the specialist I ended up seeing turned out not to be a paediatric neurologist, although the profile states otherwise. At the cash desk I had already been charged for the appointment, yet the doctor never saw me. After that, at the reception I was redirected three more times to different doctors, until they finally found a real paediatric neurologist.

The fact that the profile lists a different specialist from the one the doctor actually is. That I was not seen after the cash desk had taken payment for the appointment. That at the reception I had to be redirected three times to different doctors before they found a real paediatric neurologist, who in the end also turned out to be a useless specialist. The clinic is a complete mess, I would not recommend it to anyone.
