I came for an appointment, the doctor said X-rays were needed, and that was it — we talked for just a minute, and I left the office. At reception the girl took the full amount, even though there was essentially no consultation. I came for a second appointment — again there was no clear consultation, the doctor said to take a painkiller and that was it. I needed to have tests done, and they are done in terrible conditions: the girl collected my urine in gloves and with the same gloves took a blood sample. Then the urine test found protein that cannot be in urine. I retook the test elsewhere — there was no protein there.
Disliked
There was no consultation as such, neither at the first appointment nor at the second — only a referral for an X-ray and advice to take a painkiller. At reception they took the full amount, even though there was no consultation. Tests are done in terrible conditions: the same pair of gloves was used for both urine and blood. The urine test found protein that cannot be there, and when I retook it elsewhere there was none. I won't go there again.

The clinic is made out of a small flat, without renovation, everything is cramped, narrow and dirty, as if we had ended up in the Soviet Union. I am disappointed that such a clinic is on the left bank. I would give the doctor a 5 out of 10 — neither good nor bad. We will not come there again.
