  Patient story

  I came to the appointment with my child, the doctor examined him and prescribed treatment.

  Disliked

  I didn't like that the website lists specialisations that the doctor doesn't have — she herself said that a lot is written there. I think the information about the doctor needs to be corrected so that others don't consider her a haematologist, paediatrician or infectious disease specialist. The doctor is ordinary, like in a polyclinic, not a super-specialist, but when you urgently need a consultation, there's no choice.

  Patient story

  I booked an 11:00 appointment with the doctor, but we didn't get seen. We waited 7 minutes, the doctor came and rudely said that he had an online consultation and we needed to wait another 30 minutes.

  Disliked

  I didn't like the doctor's rude manner, you wouldn't encounter such disrespect even in a polyclinic, especially at a paid appointment. I do not recommend this doctor, as she was rude from the very first visit, and it's frightening to imagine what will happen later when I need to show my child.

  I was at an appointment with the doctor, communication with her left an extremely unpleasant impression.

  Disliked

  The doctor behaved coldly and formally, without empathy, the answers to questions were vague and not informative enough. What especially outraged me was her remark about reticulocytes — she said it was an 'oncological process', although I, having a medical education, know that the reticulocyte level by itself does not indicate oncology. Such an explanation is incorrect and may frighten a patient without grounds. I would like more attention, clear explanations and professional communication.

  I booked an appointment with her, but when I arrived, I was sent to another doctor, without even warning me that she was on leave.

  Disliked

  I did not like that this is simply not done — I was booked with one doctor, but another saw me, and no one informed me in advance that the needed doctor was not there.

  Patient story

  I came to the appointment with my test results in hand, but the doctor did not look at them and re-prescribed tests worth 177 thousand tenge.

  Disliked

  The doctor is inattentive, arrogant and incompetent, I regretted the time spent on her, I have no desire to return to her. At the reception there was a patient like me who was indignant that she was refused an appointment because she needed to have an ultrasound again.
