The doctor did not explain anything properly, only referred me to a urologist and a nephrologist. It is unclear why it was even worth going to a paid appointment then. For 8,000 tenge — it somehow does not feel kind.

We booked an appointment for Saturday at 15:00, arrived 10 minutes early, and at the reception we were told to wait because the doctor would come. In the end we waited 20 minutes, and after that we were told that the doctor would not come and we needed to book for 7 in the evening.

The prescribed treatment did not help my son — the anal fissure bled for another month. The doctor forbade suppositories. I started using sea buckthorn suppositories myself, and only after a month, as in the first days, there is no more blood when the child has a bowel movement, although we are following the diet.
