My son was given an incorrect diagnosis and prescribed a very large amount of antibiotics. It seems the laboratory of this clinic mixed up the tests, and the doctor did not recheck them. Later we had everything retested at Olimp, and nothing was confirmed.
Disliked
We suffered stress and spent a lot of money: 45 thousand just for the ultrasound and the appointment, plus another 30 thousand tenge for the follow-up appointment with the prescription of antibiotics.

I was brought to the admission department by ambulance. The doctor refused to hospitalise me on the weekend. In the report he indicated a pressure of 130/90 and a temperature of 36.4. I told him that my lower back and bladder hurt, that the urine was with blood. In the report he wrote only about blood in the bladder.

In the report he wrote a pressure of 130/90 and a temperature of 36.4, but at home I measured it — pressure 163/105 and temperature 37.0. I spoke about pain in the lower back and bladder, about blood in the urine, but in the report he reflected only blood in the bladder. He also did not write a prescription for antibiotics. At the pharmacy they refused to sell antibiotics without a prescription, and he said to go to another one and come to an agreement, that is, he pushes the pharmacist into an official crime.
