The staff are polite, the clinic itself looks very decent. And another thing: you can safely drive in for a task from Baitursynov — there is plenty of space for parking, you do not need to jostle right after turning off Baitursynov. Thank you!

Hello! We came from Almaty to Nazarbayev University and on 09.08.26 we got an appointment with Rustem Orynbasarovich. Before leaving, my son started having stomach problems.

I came for an appointment, but I never saw any of the chosen doctors. I was seen by a nurse who, it seemed to me, did not really know how to handle the equipment. As a result, they burned my back in the area of the spine, and because of the sores that formed at the site of the burn, it was not possible to continue the treatment.
Disliked
The lowest rating. I would not advise anyone to go to this medical institution — it looks more like a shasharki outfit where the main thing is to fleece patients of their money.

We booked an appointment through the website. Good thing we called the clinic in advance — we were told that the nurse no longer works after 18.00.
Disliked
They did not remove this from the website so that people would keep booking appointments. But we could have gone and it turns out we would have travelled in vain.
