The appointment was paid, and I paid in advance, before I was seen. There was no queue either before me or after me, but the doctor was still late for the appointment. I already wanted to leave, however no note that the appointment had not taken place was made at the reception, and without such a note the money would not have been refunded to me at the cash desk. The doctor prescribed tests, but with their results I plan to consult another specialist.

The doctor is unpunctual — she was late for the appointment, although there was no queue. Payment is taken before the appointment, and it is impossible to get a refund without a note at the reception. From a paid appointment I expected proper service and the doctor's competence, but I got neither: before the examination the doctor did not wash her hands or treat them, and the general prescription boiled down to advice to sleep, breathe and eat the right food. I am not satisfied with this appointment.
