I am writing straight from the queue: I have been sitting here for more than two hours already, and my turn is still a long way off.
Disliked
I would like more respect for clients' time — after all, more than two hours in a cramped and stuffy room on uncomfortable chairs, and with a bad back on top of that. Why is there no appointment system for clients? It would be convenient for everyone.

I live on the Left Bank, and it takes me 40–50 minutes by taxi to get to this clinic. The first time I arrived at 11.00, the woman at reception said the doctor sees patients until 13.00, but he had already left. I was upset, but decided to come next time. A week later I arrived at 10.30, a different woman met me and said the doctor had already left.
Disliked
This is the doctor's irresponsibility. Why, if he works until 12.00, is he already gone at 10.30? I travel across the whole city, knowing that I will make it in time, and he simply decided to leave. This is not serious. What, should I come at opening time? Come at 07.30 for the opening and you will not go wrong? As for me, I will probably find another doctor.

This doctor always used to help, but, as it turned out, things can go differently. My husband came to him on his own legs, and left on crutches. We have been suffering for the 3rd week now. We saw him 2 times, paid 20000, and the MRI showed a hernia of 4 discs.
