I arrived at the oncological clinic on time, but at the reception I was told that the doctor consults online and is actually in Karaganda.
Disliked
I am outraged: why is this doctor's profile listed in Astana if she is not there? Why was I not warned about this? I spent two hours of my time, sat in traffic jams, spent money and nerves. I demand that the profile be removed, because the doctor does not exist in Astana, or that it be stated that she supposedly sees patients via WhatsApp. No one ever called me, supposedly the online appointment did not take place. I am extremely dissatisfied.
