I booked in the morning, they called me and checked whether I would come. I came for the first time and received a referral for tests. A day later I returned with the test results, the doctor wrote out treatment and a diet. I took the medicines for 14 days — it helped, I felt much better. After 14 days I came again and received another treatment, to consolidate the result, as I understand it. I have been taking it for 20 days now and I feel well.

Everything is great. The medicines helped, I feel much better, I feel well. Before that I had been to two other doctors — they prescribed expensive medicines, but with zero effect, it felt as if they just wanted to fleece me for money.

I came to see the doctor, and I didn't like her. She's a Soviet-style woman, and her whole focus was on parasites, even though I showed her test results proving there were none. For some reason she sent me to have a test for the Demodex mite, even though my problem is that my stomach is rumbling. Demodex causes terrible acne and so on. Besides, everyone has the mite; it becomes active when the immune system drops. She didn't ask about my stools or my diet. She kept me in the office for a long time, ordering various tests and adjusting them. It felt like she was working at random. I used to see other doctors, and at least they mentioned coeliac disease or FODMAP.

I did not like the doctor. A woman of the Soviet type, all the emphasis on parasites, although I showed test results that there were none. Also, everyone has the mite, it becomes active when immunity drops. She asked neither about my stools nor about my diet. I came on my own, but according to the tests it turned out that the whole family had to be treated: my daughter was found to have a vitamin deficiency, and my husband and I had Helicobacter.

I recommend this clinic and this doctor. The staff are polite, it is clean and cosy. The doctor is a godsend, she will listen, I have never met anyone like her — of the old school, she will not prescribe anything unnecessary, only what is needed, and on top of that she will give practical advice.
