The appointment with the doctor left me with a heavy impression. I came, but I felt that I was not perceived as a patient and no attempt was made to treat me.
Disliked
I was upset that in our medicine they see only a person from whom profit can be made. The doctor did not offer a choice between injections or drips, but simply prescribed her own medicines and did not even show what exactly she had prescribed. Instead, she said that it was more beneficial to undergo a course of treatment with them. That is beneficial for them, not for me.

The appointment took place, I was listened to, but essentially I was not heard and the conversation was steered in a different direction.
Disliked
I am unhappy with the appointment: the doctor was not interested in getting to grips with my problem and went off on a tangent. An individual approach is needed for each person, not a template. As soon as the doctor realises that you are not a template client, the interest in me disappears and they immediately pretend that I am free to go. I would not advise anyone to consult this specialist.

I came for an appointment with my 16-year-old child. Later I ended up with another doctor, and there it turned out that we should have been referred to a polyclinic from the very beginning — the child is 16 years old, and all the examinations could have been done free of charge, especially since the diagnosis was shaping up to be very serious.
Disliked
I did not like the appointment, I will not describe many details. But what shocked me most was that we paid for all the tests and received treatment from Zelenaya not in full, not according to the protocol. Now, in order to register and confirm the diagnosis, everything will have to be redone — and that means time, anaesthesia, nerves. It is a shame that when you want to get more professional paid help, you run into doctors like these.
