I booked a procedure through the service, came to the clinic, spent my time, and there they said they did not have such a machine.
Disliked
The service books you for a procedure that this clinic does not provide. People travel, waste time and only then find out that the machine is not there. If the service cooperates with a clinic, it should be aware of what services are available there.

The appointment went exactly as I wanted. The doctor fully examined my nose, throat and ear through an endoscope, cleaned my nose, treated my throat and put a tampon in my ear.

I paid at registration, then I had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes, I barely got in. They said the machine was not working and sent me away as if mocking me. They did not apologise. The reception was the same. They did not refund the money I paid either.
