I came for the appointment, and besides the appointment itself I was given paid procedures for 8,000 tenge — supposedly a throat cleaning.
Disliked
My throat remained the same as it was. I came home, shone a torch — still the same. I am dissatisfied and I ask for my money back for the procedures that did not help at all!
