The ENT appointment went badly: I waited a long time, because patients are seen in a live queue, and it's unclear why it's arranged that way.
Disliked
The doctor didn't help me at all, but she pushed a load of unnecessary procedures on me, which, apparently, she immediately does for everyone for an extra fee. She didn't spot the incipient otitis and wasn't able to prescribe effective treatment properly. The next day I went to another ENT, and it turned out that everything was not as good and wonderful as this doctor assured. I also have many questions about the clinic itself, and I wasn't very happy with the doctor's level of competence.
