  Patient story

  This is my first review of a doctor. I met Zhanatayeva A.S. at an appointment; I found her on Doq.kz. The appointment lasted 5 minutes, the doctor gave her preliminary assumptions, and today, when the tests came back, the diagnosis was confirmed.

  Liked

  I am surprised that before her, not a single doctor referred us for these tests, yet we had a whole load of allergen tests for foods done. A knowledgeable doctor, there should be more specialists like her!

  Disliked

  Food allergy, heat rash, atopic dermatitis — those were the diagnoses given before. I have no words! Now treatment lies ahead, I hope for success.

  I had an appointment with the paediatrician Aigul Sapargaliyevna, she prescribed treatment for my daughter.

  Liked

  This is the best specialist in the field of paediatrics out of all those I have met. The doctor is very knowledgeable and competent, always in touch. After the prescribed treatment, my daughter feels better already on the second day. There should be more doctors like her.   I arrived earlier than the appointed time and went in for the appointment. The doctor examined my daughter thoroughly and prescribed treatment.

  We came to an appointment with Aigul Sapargaliyevna with my 1-year-old daughter, and she was diagnosed with pneumonia. The doctor quickly and clearly prescribed treatment. It was very comfortable to communicate with her at the appointment. Later she consulted us by phone, even though it was free and we just had a runny nose.

  Patient story

  I came for an appointment about a simple ARVI, and the doctor prescribed me antibiotics. I was also told that they could issue a certificate for school.

  Disliked

  For me this is a serious reason not to consult this doctor again. And for a certificate for school, as it turned out, you need to come again for a paid appointment. I will not go to this clinic again.
