I had to book an appointment with this infectious disease specialist because at the polyclinic our infectious disease specialist had quit, and the allergist referred me for testing for IUI. The doctor could not prescribe the tests by code, she just wrote the name Barr.epstein. At Olimp they ask me why the code is not written, because there are very many types and which one exactly do we need. I called this doctor and asked which one exactly needed to be taken, but I did not hear the answer I needed. In the end I went to another infectious disease specialist, and he prescribed the needed test.

Money down the drain. The doctor did not prescribe the tests by code, she only wrote the name Barr.epstein, and because of this at Olimp the question arose as to which type exactly was needed. When I called and asked which test to take, I did not get the answer I needed. I had to go to another infectious disease specialist, who prescribed the needed test.

The appointment went excellently, everything was impeccably clean and well thought out. If you come early and have to wait, there is a children's entertainment table — roughly for those from 6 months old. I paid special attention to this because my restless child likes to be distracted by such things, and it helps a lot.

I came from the city of Aktau to have my child examined. I had an appointment with Aigul apa, and the diagnosis she made turned out to be the same as in the medicine of the city of Aktobe. We also had an appointment on 22.03.2023 with a paediatrician at another clinic in the city of Astana, and that young specialist, that is, a doctor with 9 years of experience, could not show that she was a professional in her field.

Aigul apa met our expectations. She received us as a qualified specialist and showed that she was worthy of the title of doctor. I came to the conclusion that both doctors are professionals in their field. I wish we had more qualified specialists like Aigul apa.

I came for an appointment with the doctor, and it was the first time in my life that I encountered such an incompetent specialist. The doctor knows nothing, she sat right at the appointment and read information on Google. She examined my stomach, but did not even ask where it hurt and what exactly. I tell her that there has been pain in this area for half a year already, and she did not answer anything — neither what caused it, nor why, and she herself, it seems, did not understand why. She referred me for completely the wrong tests, and examined me in some couldn't-care-less way.

The doctor is absolutely incompetent. She knows nothing, spouted all sorts of nonsense, and prescribed unnecessary tests. When I said that she was giving incorrect information — because before the appointment I had already read a lot and had seen several doctors — she started getting defensive, and then behaved as if we were all stupid, said she would help, although she herself does not understand what the diagnosis is, and referred me for tests for no clear reason. She seems to clarify things sweetly, imitates vigorous activity, examines everything, but at the same time she does not even have basic knowledge of medicine. Honestly, I do not recommend this doctor at all. Do not waste your time, do not get treatment and do not take tests as she prescribes. Do not go to her. I do not understand where she gets so many positive reviews.

Before that, in another clinic, an infectious disease specialist misinterpreted the results of my tests and prescribed treatment that did not help, because not all infectious disease specialists understand the specifics of parasitology. Now I am starting treatment and hope for a full recovery.
