I took my child, read the reviews and went to see him. During the appointment, a nurse came in and interfered with the doctor's work. I could not get clear answers to my questions, only guesses were given. The first appointment was 3,500, physiotherapy was said to be 2,500, cleaning one ear 3,500, the second ear another 3,500. After they said the second ear was clean and did not need cleaning, we paid 9,500 tenge and left. On the paper they gave us, the first appointment was written as 7,000. Emirmed is taking the money for that first appointment.

Additional functions should have been indicated as costing this much extra. It is not right that the paper did not show the separate cost of physiotherapy and cleaning. Also, the nurse coming in interfered with the doctor, and I could not get complete, clear answers to my points, only guesses.

I had to seek help regarding a small cyst on the tonsil that needed to be lanced. The doctor said he was afraid to do it and suggested lancing it in hospital. My son was present and heard everything himself. Previously, at an appointment, another doctor lanced the same cyst with a syringe — that was a doctor with a capital D from another clinic.

I do not understand why this doctor works as an ENT at all, if he is afraid to lance a cyst and sends you to hospital. We are shocked that this doctor works there. Unfortunately, he was unable to do what another doctor had previously done at an appointment with a syringe.
