I came to see the endocrinologist Zhasymova Nailya Zhaksybayevna because of low TSH. Before the visit I had a biochemistry panel, a complete blood count, hormone tests and an ultrasound scan of the thyroid gland. The doctor carefully reviewed all the results, explained clearly and in detail how my thyroid works in my particular case, and even drew diagrams to make it clearer for me. She also performed a general examination and found that my condition was largely related to prolonged stress. I was prescribed comprehensive treatment — tablets and injections. The effect did not come immediately, but after the full course I felt lightness, energy and joy of life again.

I came to see Nailya Zhaksybayevna for the first time hoping that she would make the correct diagnosis and prescribe proper treatment.
