I booked an appointment with a geneticist, the booking was confirmed and a prepayment was taken. When I arrived, the doctor was not there, and at the reception they knew nothing about my appointment.
Disliked
I find it unpleasant that for the clinic the prepayment turned out to be more important than the patient. I really needed help, and I only wasted my time. It is surprising that this happened with such a small flow of patients.
