The appointment was not conducted by Aliya Kunanbayevna, as I had expected, but by another doctor — Madeniet Temirlan. Aliya K. was on holiday, and nobody informed me about this; this information was not and is not in the schedule either.

I liked Madeniet T.: he communicated with my child very calmly, without nerves or a negative reaction, even though my daughter was crying and refused to let him examine her ears, nose and mouth, and then refused treatment. He made a diagnosis, gave me a phone number and later answered questions about the treatment.

I gave this rating because of the doctor substitution, and it is more a rating of the clinic than of the doctor. I do not know this doctor himself.
