I want to thank him for his professionalism, his sensitive attitude towards patients and his friendliness. Yuri Vladimirovich's appointment is definitely worth the travel time, even though I live quite far from the clinic. I would also like to mention the very convenient portal: you don't have to call anywhere or wait long — a quick call back, and I was booked in at a time convenient for me. On a 10-point scale I give it a full 10.
