We came for tonsil irrigation, the procedure was prescribed by an ENT doctor, and we had had it done before. The doctor who was performing it held a syringe with furacilin, and the solution dripped onto the child's jeans.
Disliked
The doctor was rude and abrupt, uncommunicative. Maybe he was in a bad mood, but that shouldn't affect patients. He didn't find common ground with the child, answered sharply, looked with contempt and didn't react to questions. When I asked whether furacilin would leave stains, there was no answer. I suggested not tormenting the child and leaving, to which he sharply said that he wasn't tormenting my child. When asked who had prescribed the procedure, I replied that it was the ENT doctor, and he asked, did you prescribe it yourselves?! I asked him to take a look and suggest something else, since he is a doctor. I wanted to write in the complaints book, but there was no space left there. Payment is taken upfront, even if the procedure is not fully performed. During the infection season, I didn't want to stay in this clinic — they didn't even have shoe covers. It seems the management at this private clinic is lacking.
