For three years now I have been taking my children to our paediatrician.

I am very pleased with this doctor: she is attentive, competent and responsive, she always listens carefully, conducts a thorough examination and prescribes treatment without unnecessary medications. We came with my daughter for an appointment with Zhumadilova Zhadra Zhomartovna because she was vomiting.

The doctor explained everything well and clearly, calmed me down, and was very attentive to the child. She prescribed good treatment and told us what to do and how. After her instructions my daughter felt better already on the second day, and on days 3-4 she felt completely better. She also gave her WhatsApp for contact, which is a great rarity these days. We are very glad we found her.

It's impossible to get in touch with the doctor because the number I was left doesn't work. It feels like everything is done just for show. An appointment is an appointment, and after that you're on your own to decide what to do.

The doctor is competent, prescribes gentle treatment, approaches things wisely, and doesn't just prescribe antibiotics for good measure. She is always in touch if I, as a mother, suddenly start to panic: she will calm me down, explain everything, and recheck if necessary. I recommend him to everyone I know.
