They do not want to refund the money, they suggest leaving it on deposit. I said that I was in a hurry, but the manager stubbornly insisted on the deposit and, seeing that I was in a hurry, began to put pressure on me.

The information on the website does not correspond to reality: the database contains outdated information, since the doctor is on holiday. Besides, the website states that this is a paediatric ophthalmologist, but in fact the appointments are general — both adults and children.
