I booked an ultrasound for 17 July at 21:00, came earlier, and at the reception they told me I would go in the walk-in queue, with about 5-6 people ahead of me.

I explained that I had booked specifically so as not to wait in the queue, my leg was swollen and I couldn't sit, but nobody cared. I only got in at 21:45 — what is the BOOKING for then?
