I booked an appointment with Zhurtubayeva T.N. in advance, confirmed the time, but the appointment started late — the doctor arrived late, and I had to wait half an hour.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor was half an hour late, even though I had booked in advance and confirmed the time. As for recommendations, she said that a consultation with a doctor from the burns department was needed, although I had booked with her specifically for a consultation as a combustiologist. She gave no prescriptions and redirected me to specialists at the polyclinic. In short, complete disappointment and money wasted.

I came for an appointment, I brought my examination results and MRI discs with me.
Disliked
The doctor did not look at the MRI discs. He did not really give me a diagnosis and did not prescribe treatment. Because of this I went to another doctor at another clinic — to a hand surgeon. There it turned out that I needed surgery for stenosing tenosynovitis, and it was performed on 8 June.

My child and I are not coming for an appointment with Talgat Nagaybayevich Zhurtubayev for the first time — he is a paediatric surgeon and urologist.

This is a wonderful specialist and a true professional. He always explains everything simply and clearly, without anything unnecessary. And the ointment that he prepares according to his own personal recipe simply works wonders! Usually children are afraid of doctors, but here my child goes to the appointment with joy. The clinic is good, the staff are very attentive. I definitely recommend both this clinic and this doctor.

I came for an appointment by booking, I was seen on time. The doctor explained everything to me briefly and clearly, without unnecessary talk, and prescribed what was needed. Before the examination he treated his hands, put on gloves and treated them again.
