I bought glasses with frames from them for 32,000 tenge on 27 November 2021. After 3 months, on 25.02.2022, the frame came apart — it seems the metal was poorly welded.
Disliked
When I sought help, I was told that it was mechanical damage, and they sent me to another optician's. Their service only extends to tightening little bolts. I would not advise going to this optician's.

As a regular customer, I went about the glasses I had bought, and we had a problem which the technician himself confirmed. We asked for help with this problem, but the sales assistant named Nargiz did not agree and spoke to us rudely.
Disliked
Nargiz treated us very rudely, did not want to listen to our request and stood her ground, as if she knew her job. In the end she gave us a refund, but with the problem, and made it clear that we would not be able to exchange the purchased glasses for the same model or have them repaired. As regular customers, we are very disappointed.

I complained, and they responded to me. They offered to exchange the frame — I could choose any similar one, and the price was not even mentioned. But I needed exactly that frame, which, unfortunately, was no longer available either at their place or in the branches. They replaced the lenses in those glasses, but I did not like the colour, and I myself suggested a refund. They met me halfway, even though the frame was considerably dented and bent.

They are always glad to help customers and try to find a way out of the situation. They offered me options for exchanging the frame, I could choose any similar one, not to mention the price. They replaced the lenses in those glasses. They value their customers and did as I wanted, even though the frame was considerably dented and bent.

The frame I needed was no longer available either at their place or in the branches. I did not like the colour of the lenses in those glasses. By their own admission, they were unable to help me, and they apologised only with the caveat that this was in my opinion.
